Description
Extremely large thick deep green leaves. Undersides of leaves are light green with purple veins and highlights. Leaf stems are reddish/black. In ideal conditions leaves can reach 3-4ft long and 2.5 across when mature. This is a new cross between A. Purple Cloak and A. Portora.
Height and Spread: Height 6 ft in perfect conditions although will be shorter in the UK.
Sun/Shade: Best in partial shade but can tolerate full sun.
Soil Conditions: Rich moist well drained soil.
Hardy/Winter protection: Tender. will need to be kept frost free in the winter.
