What we sell
We sell a variety of plants for the exotic or tropical style of garden, as such, not all plants offered are hardy and may need protection during the winter.
How to order
We sell via the shopping basket and checkout method. Once you have made your selection, click on the item and add to your shopping basket. When you have selected the item/s you want click on checkout. Once at the checkout you will be asked for the information required to proceed with your order. We take payment by credit or debit card and paypal. If you wish to pay by cheque please email or phone us. Callers may pay with cash.
We want your plants to arrive in great condition so we send by overnight courier. Please note we will only dispatch plants from Monday to Wednesday as courier deliveries can be delayed. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £10.00 to mainland England, Wales and mainland Scotland. We are no longer able to ship to Ireland due to the need for phytosanitary certificate since leaving the EU.
If you are unhappy with your plant/s, please return them in the same condition as received and in their original packaging within 14 days. Please note the return shipping will be at your expense. We advise sending recorded delivery or by courier. Once received and checked that it is in good condition we will refund the full amount of the plant. If the plant is not received in a sellable condition a partial refund may be provided.
We take every care to pack carefully and as securely as possible using recycled double walled cardboard boxes . It is inevitable that some minor damage may occur in transit most of our plants put on rapid growth during the growing season and will recover. If a plant has arrived damaged beyond repair i.e good growth in transit please notify us immediately. We will require a photo of the damage and agree a resolution with you directly.
Your personal details are used only to process your order. We do not keep or pass any personal details on to 3rd parties.
All pictures are for illustrative purposes only. The sizes of individual plants may vary throughout the course of the year. All pictures used are taken either in our own garden or nursery to show how the plants perform in the UK.
